Please be sure to have your son at practice 15 minutes early to practice for running and stretching with a ball, water, shinguards and wearing practice shirt.
Please do not eat a heavy meal before practices..
If coaches are not there have kids stretch and run 3 laps until they get there.
Please do not leave boys unattended wait till a coach arrives... PLEASE BE ON TIME TO PICK UP!!
