Coaches and players must strictly adhere to the schedules and fields assigned. Field permits have to be obtained in order to practice on the specified fields. Red Bulls trainers will help with practice for House programs.
The idea behind this proposal is for the House program to fully utilize our paid Red Bulls trainers. The RB trainers will be accomplishing two major objectives. First, they will be providing age appropriate, fun instruction to help our youngest soccer players to learn the game. Second, they will be working with and facilitate our house coaches in coaching on their own.
The RB trainers will be focusing on K and 1st grades. 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades will have the trainers on alternate weeks depending on the field. The trainer and field assignments are indicated in the House practice schedule.
To build and keep a sense of team, each team should meet together at the beginning of the practice and have a short warm-up with them. All kids will be gathered together by the RB trainers. At the conclusion of practice, the coaches should gather back their teams and dismiss.
